摘  要:为了解决采用漆包线加工线圈的磁场式时栅存在的手工绕线均匀性差、加工效率低的难题,克服其测量精度易受时间影响的缺点,提出一种基于平面时变磁场的时栅角位移传感器。该传感器应用印刷电路板工艺技术在不同的平面内分别布置带电导体和感应线圈,通过在导体内添加激励,构成特定方向匀速移动的正弦分布时变磁场。基于测量模型,进行仿真分析与精度实验,验证了传感器模型的可行性。实验结果表明:传感器在0°~360°内传感器的原始误差在±80″以内,实现了精密测量。In order to solve the problems of poor uniformity of manual winding and low processing efficiency in magnetic time grating with enameled wire processing coil,and overcome the disadvantages of measurement precision is susceptible to time,a time grating angular displacement sensor based on planar time-varying magnetic field is proposed. The sensor uses printed circuit board technology to arrange charged conductors and induction coils in different planes. By adding excitation in the conductor,a sinusoidal time-varying magnetic field moving uniformly in a specific direction is formed. Based on the measurement model,simulation analysis and precision experiment are carried out to verify the feasibility of the sensor model. The experimental results show that the original error of the sensor is within ± 80″ from 0° to 360°,which realizes the precision measurement.
