N-BCA医用胶在犬眼睑手术的应用研究

摘　　要：为了评估氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(N-BCA)医用胶在犬眼睑手术的安全性和临床效果,对12只健康犬的24只眼进行试验。将双眼分为2组:左眼使用N-BCA医用胶闭合眼睑创口(试验组),右眼使用传统缝合材料闭合眼睑创口(对照组)。术后进行常规眼科检查,观察并记录眼睑创口闭合时间,犬术后整体状态,以及创口愈合时间。术后7 d、14 d和28 d,取眼睑皮肤进行显微镜下组织病理学观察。结果显示,术后试验组和对照组眼睑皮肤创口愈合良好。创口闭合时间和温哥华瘢痕量表评分在试验组和对照组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在眼睑皮肤样本组织病理学观察中,对照组瘢痕更明显,有成纤维细胞增生。试验表明,氰基丙烯酸正丁酯医用胶的使用是一种有效的闭合犬眼睑皮肤创口的方法,对眼睑皮肤组织和眼表无明显影响,可用于犬眼睑手术。The objective of this research is to evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of n-butyl cyanoacrylate(N-BCA)medical adhesive for eyelid surgery in dogs.This study was performed on 24 eyes of 12 healthy dogs.Both eyes of the dogs were divided into 2 groups:eyelid incisions of the left eye were closed by the N-BCA adhesive(Experiment group)and eyelid incisions of the right eye were closed by conventional suture materials(Control group).Routine ophthalmic examination were tested after surgery.The time of closing the eyelid incisions,and the general state of dogs after surgery,healing time of incisions were observed and recorded.At 7,14 and 28 days after surgery,the eyelid skin was taken for histopathology observation under microscope.The results showed that incisions of eyelid skin healed well both in experiment group and control group after surgery.The time of closing the eyelid incisions and Vancouver scar scale were obviously different in two groups(P<0.05).For the histopathology observation of the eyelid skin sample,there was conspicuous cicatrix and fibroblasts hyperplasia in the control group.In conclusion,the N-BCA medical adhesive is proved to be an effective eyelid closure method,and there was no significant change of eyelid skin tissue or ocular surface function as well.So the N-BCA medical adhesive could be used in eyelid surgery in canine.
