摘  要:观察热应激预处理减轻高温环境对大鼠学习记忆功能损伤作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。选择清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠45只,随机分为正常对照组、热应激模型组和热应激预处理组。通过八臂迷宫、旷场试验,观察大鼠学习记忆功能的改变。酶联免疫法检测海马组织白介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和总一氧化氮合酶(tNOS)水平。结果显示,与正常对照组比较,热应激模型组大鼠潜伏期(P<0.05)、工作记忆错误(P<0.05)、参考记忆错误(P<0.05)、总错误次数均显著升高(P<0.05),海马组织炎症因子水平升高(P<0.05);与热应激模型组比较,热应激预处理组上述指标均显著降低(P<0.05)。旷场试验中,各组指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。表明高温可损伤大鼠的学习记忆功能,而热应激预处理可延缓学习记忆功能损伤进程,减轻损伤程度,这种保护作用与减轻海马组织炎症反应有关。To observe the effect of heat stress preconditioning on learning and memory impairment in rats exposed to high temperature and explore its possible mechanism.45 male clean degree wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,heat stress model group,and heat stress pretreatment group.The eight-arm radial maze and open field tests were conducted to observe the changes of learning and memory function,and the level of inflammatory cytokines(IL-1β,TNF-α,iNOS and tNOS)in the hippocampus was detected using ELISA.Compared with the control group,the latency and the number of working memory error,reference memory error and total error significantly increased and the levels of inflammatory cytokines in the hippocampus elevated in the heat stress model group(P<0.05).Compared with the heat stress model group,all the above-mentioned indexes significantly decreased in the heat stress pretreatment group(P<0.05).In the open field test,there was no significant difference among the 3 groups(P>0.05).Hyperthermia can damage the learning and memory function of rats,and heat stress preconditioning can delay the process of learning and memory impairment and reduce the degree of injury.This protective effect is related to alleviating inflammation in the hippocampus.
