摘  要:随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,斯里兰卡本土掀起了一股“汉语热”。然而,斯里兰卡现有的汉语师资无论是数量上还是质量上都远远不能满足社会对汉语教学的需求。基于对斯里兰卡本土汉语师资现状的分析,以H师范学院和斯里兰卡S大学合作设立孔子课堂为契机,提出了由中斯两国政府共同资助、中斯双方合作院校共同主导的“汉语语言+师范专业”本土汉语师资培养模式,以促进斯里兰卡本土汉语教育的良性发展。With further promotion of“the Belt and Road”initiative,Sri Lankans have experienced a craze for Chinese learning.But the situation is that neither the Chinese language teachers(including volunteer teachers)sent by the Chinese government nor the native Chinese language teachers can meet the needs of this craze.In order to get Chinese language education undergo smoothly in Sri Lanka,training native Chinese language teachers should be put on the top of the agenda.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in Sri Lankan Chinese language education,this paper puts forward the suggestion on adopting Sino-Sri Lanka collaborative training model of native Chinese language teachers,namely,the“Chinese language+teacher education specialty(2+1.5+0.5)”training model.
