摘　　要：在我国项目管理的应用已十分普及,它是一种具有高效体系化的现代管理模式。其实,计算机的项目工作和计算机项目管理并没有大家想象的那么神秘,它是通过线索化故事的模式来思考并解决问题的方法。对于个人或者互联网公司来说,谁能够将计算机项目管理做的好,谁就有更大的希望在竞争激烈的社会中脱颖而出。如果一个团队能够在计算机项目管理中充分发挥创新本领,在日常运营管理将创新融入进去,运用新的项目管理方式和技巧,成功将会触手可及。The application of project management in China has been very popular.It is a modern management model with high efficiency and systematization.In fact,computer project work and computer project management are not as mysterious as everyone thinks.It is a way to think and solve problems through the model of clue-based stories.For individuals or Internet companies,who can do a good job in computer project management,whoever has greater hope to stand out in a highly competitive society.If a team can give full play to innovation skills in computer project management,integrate innovation into daily operation management,and apply new project management methods and techniques,success will be within reach.
