摘  要:细胞中的间隙连接通信(GJIC)是在多细胞生物体中普遍存在的通信模式,其功能由连接蛋白(Cx)实现,目前有关连接蛋白43(Cx43)的研究较多,并显示了与银屑病的相关性。全反式维甲酸(ATRA)可影响银屑病角质形成细胞间GJIC功能,本文就全反式维甲酸对银屑病角质形成细胞间隙连接通信的影响进行综述。Gap junctional intercellular communication(GJIC)is the ubiquitous communication mode in multicellular organisms and the function is achieved by connexin(Cx).A few of studies have showed the correlations between connexin 43(Cx43)and psoriasis.The all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)may affect the GJIC function of psoriatic keratinocytes.The effect of all-trans retinoic acid on gap junctional intercellular communication of keratinocytes in psoriasis is reviewed in this paper.
