摘　　要：本文针对结构尺寸较大的20寸Zr702C右球阀铸件进行了铸造工艺研究。采用了机加工石墨型真空铸造方法,进行了顶注式与底注式两种浇注工艺方式比对,对较为合理的底注加顶部冒口的浇注工艺进行分析与工艺调整,通过控制金属过热度与加大铸型排气力度成功制造出了符合图纸尺寸及技术要求的Zr702C右球阀铸件。In this paper,the large size of Zr702C ball valve casting is produced by graphite vacuum casting method.Two casting processes were adopted,among which the bottom pouring and top riser process were more reasonable.Through the key adjustment of this process,Zr702C right ball valve casting was successfully manufactured in accordance with the drawing size and technical requirements.
