摘  要:原曲轴轮毂为锻造生产,现准备改用铸造生产。材质要求为QT450-10,铸件毛坯正火后硬度要求达到HBW170-240.综合分析认为用QT500-7高牌号进行生产可以不用正火处理即可达到硬度要求,通过对材质、铸件结构进行分析,对化学成分进行优化来确保铸件毛坯达到了铸件要求的硬度,及延伸率达到QT450-10的要求。由于铸件结构厚大,铸造易出现缩松、缩孔缺陷,通过对浇注系统和产品结构优化,保证了铸件内部无缩松、缩孔缺陷。The crankshaft hub used to be produced by forging,but now it is ready to be produced by casting.The hub material is QT450-10,and the hardness of the casting blank is required to reach HBW170-240 after normalizing.The analysis shows that if the hub casting is produced with QT500-7,the hardness requirements can be achieved without normalizing.In this paper,the material,casting structure and chemical composition were analyzed to ensure that the casting blank reached the required hardness and elongation of the casting reached the requirements of QT450-10.Due to the thickness of casting structure,shrinkage cavity and shrinkage cavity defects are easy to occur in casting.Through the optimization of casting system and product structure,shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity defects are not occured in casting.
