摘　　要：对脱硫泵蜗壳结构进行整体分析,采用V法铸造进行生产。用树脂砂制作砂芯,用消失模实型铸出各种孔结构。利用CASTCOFT软件对蜗壳工艺进行模拟分析,调整优化各种工艺参数,确定最优方案,并通过严格的过程控制,成功生产蜗壳铸件。The volute casting of desulphurization pump is produced by V-process casting.The sand core is made of resin sand,and the hole structure of the volute is cast with lost foam.CASTCOFT software was used to simulate and analyze the casting process,and the optimal scheme was determined by optimizing various process parameters.And through strict process control,the volute casting was produced successfully.
