摘 要:为了顺利开发三元复合仿羊绒保暖纱线,分析新型改性聚酯纤维Porel、差别化超细腈纶纤维Dralon和新型再生纤维素纤维Proviscose的纤维特性和可纺性,开发新型柔软纱线加工技术,通过新型纤维技术与纱线加工技术的集成创新,开发新型功能性松式柔软结构纱线产品。通过试验研究,找到了主体纱、骨架纱、复合纱相互间最科学合理的捻系数、捻向关系。通过纤维预处理、各工序采取工艺技术措施,使最终产品达到设计要求。In order to successfully develop ternary composite cashmere warm yarn,study and analyze the fiber characteristics and spinnability of new modified polyester fiber Porel,differentiated ultrafine acrylic fiber Dralon and new regenerated cellulose fiber Proviscose,develop new soft yarn processing technology,and use new fiber technology and yarn processing technology integrated innovation to develop new functional loose soft structure yarn products.Through experimental research,the most scientific and reasonable twist coefficient and twist relationship between the main yarn,the skeleton yarn,and the composite yarn were found.According to the performance characteristics of different fibers,the fibers of Porel,Dralon,and Proviscose are pre-treated before spinning,and a series of technical measures are adopted in each process to prevent entanglement and focus on controlling the yarn hairiness and neps.
