摘  要:带可变径稳定器的底部钻具组合可以通过地面控制实时调整稳定器外径,快速实现不同的底部钻具组合控斜功能,大幅节省起下钻更换钻具的时间,具有广阔的应用前景。底部钻具组合的导向能力与其在井眼内的变形特征密切相关,首先针对带可变径稳定器的底部钻具组合结构特征,考虑稳定器外径变化引起的支座径向位移以及井眼曲率影响,完善底部钻具组合纵横弯曲梁三弯矩方程,实现底部钻具组合在弯曲井眼内的变形特征及其应变能的求解,形成基于应变能的底部钻具组合等效刚度计算方法;其次,利用底部钻具组合三维静力分析模型的加权余量法,计算得到带可变径稳定器底部钻具组合在不同结构时的钻头侧向力。结果表明,带可变径稳定器底部钻具组合的等效刚度系数受稳定器外径影响较大,并与钻头侧向力具有一定的相关性。The bottom hole assembly( BHA) with adjustable diameter stabilizer can adjust the outer diameter of stabilizer in real time through ground control,realizing different drilling steering purposes quickly,which can greatly save the time of drilling and replacing drilling tool and therefore has a broad application prospect. BHA’s steering ability is related to its deformation characteristics in wellbore. Firstly,this paper aims at the BHA structure with variable diameter stabilizer,based on the theory of Timoshenko beam,and considering the influence of radial displacement and wellbore curvature caused by the change of the diameter of stabilizer,the three bending moment equation of beams is improved,and the deformation characteristics and strain energy of BHA in curved boreholes are solved,then the equivalent stiffness calculation method of BHA is proposed based on strain energy. Secondly,by using the weighted residual numerical solution of BHA ’s three-dimensional statics model,the lateral force of BHA with variable diameter stabilizer is obtained. Through the field examples,the equivalent stiffness coefficient of BHA with variable diameter stabilizer is greatly affected by the outside diameter of the stabilizer and has a certain correlation with the lateral force of the bit.
