摘  要:不规则井眼顶替效率低是导致固井质量差的重要原因。基于水平集法建立两相顶替时的数学模型,借助ANSYS/FLUENT软件的二次开发功能,建立不规则井眼注水泥顶替过程的数值模拟方法,并以规则的"扩容腔"模型为例,分析影响不规则井眼顶替效率的因素和规律,为不规则井眼注水泥设计提供一种理论指导方法。研究结果表明,井径扩大段内不仅存在着"顶替死角",而且使下游产生不稳定顶替,从而导致注水泥顶替效率降低,且井径扩大率越大、扩大段长度越短,顶替效率越低;降低顶替速率、水泥浆稠度系数、流性指数,提高注水泥顶替时间,有助于提高不规则井段的注水泥顶替效率。Low displacement efficiency of irregular wellbore is an important reason for poor cementing quality. In this paper,a mathematical model of fluid flow in two-phase displacement is established based on Level Set theory,with the help of the secondary development function of ANSYS/FLUENT software,the numerical simulation method of irregular borehole cementing displacement process is established,then,the factors and rules affecting the displacement efficiency of irregular wellbore are analyzed,which provides a theoretical guidance method for irregular well cementing design. This paper obtained the following conclusions: There is a " displacement dead angle " in the enlarged section,meanwhile,the larger enlarged section causes unstable displacement downstream which results in lower displacement efficiency of cement injection. Research shows that the larger the enlarged section is,the shorter the length of the enlarged section is,the lower the displacement efficiency is. Reducing the displacement rate,cement slurry consistency coefficient,fluid index and improving the cementing displacement time,is helpful to improve the cementing displacement efficiency of irregular well sections.
