摘 要:川深1井是部署在川中隆起柏垭鼻状构造的超深风险探井,设计井深8 690 m,面临地质条件异常复杂、不可预见性因素较多、陆相上部地层易斜、陆相深部地层可钻性差、海相地层高温、高压、高含硫、盐水层发育等钻井技术难题。通过对区域地质特征的深入研究,结合完井投产要求,在保证安全的基础上,优化必封点位置,设计为五开井身结构,上部已知井段用大井眼承担更多进尺,为深部未知地层留下调整余地。分井段优选合适的配套钻井工艺,一段一策,集成配套气体钻井、旋冲钻井、复合钻井等提速工艺,优化深部井段钻井液抗高温和抑制性能,确保了该井的顺利完钻。实钻表明该井工程设计科学合理,技术方案针对性强,为四川盆地近9 000 m特深井的实施积累了宝贵经验。The ultra-deep well CS1 is an ultra-deep exploration well deployed in the Boya nasal structure in the middle of Sichuan uplift with designed depth of 8690 m. It is faced with such drilling difficulties as highly uncertainty,complex formations,inclined to slope of upper continental strata,poor drillability of deep continental strata,high temperature and high pressure and high sulfur brine layer mature developed in marine strata,etc. Based on the geological characteristics,considering the drilling risks of deep section,the designers optimized the casing program with recommended five casing scheme. The upper known well section takes more footage with a large diameter wellbore,so as to leave room for adjustment in deep unknown formations. Select suitable matching drilling technology for each section,one section is with one strategy. The well was completed successfully by using gas drilling,rotary-percussion drilling,combined drilling,high temperature resistance drilling fluid,anti-temperature latex cement slurry etc. The drilling engineering design and technique plan were adapted scientifically,which would provide important references to wells in Sichuan basin.
