摘 要:近年来,超低渗透油藏开发普遍面临储层致密和注水不见效导致的油井连片低产问题。文章在剖析储层地质特征和油藏开发现状的基础上,结合注水井网和剩余油分布特征,利用数值模拟和生产动态等方法进行了地应力变化研究和增产潜力分析,提出了油井以增加裂缝带宽为主要目标的体积压裂设计思路,形成了"全程多级暂堵+体积改造"相结合的重复压裂工艺。现场应用表明,增油量是常规重复压裂效果的2倍以上,且后续稳产效果明显,为超低渗透油藏提高单井产量提供了技术借鉴。The development of ultra-low permeability reservoirs is generally faced with the problem of low production of oil wells because of tight reservoir and ineffective water injection in recent years. Based on analyzing the geological conditions of reservoir and current status of exploitation,combined with the distribution of flooding pattern and remaining oil,the changes of stress and production potential were researched by using the numerical simulation method for putting forward a SRV fracturing concept of " fracture broadband addition". This concept formed a combination model of re-fracturing for long-path multiple diversion and volume transformation. The field test shows that the effect of increasing production is obvious,which provides a technical reference for the similar well in ultra-low permeability reservoir.
