顶驱型钻杆水泥头的研制及应用

摘　　要：随着钻井技术发展,顶驱钻机应用得到推广,特别是深井、超深井及海洋平台钻井,而固井作业配套顶驱式钻杆水泥技术相对滞后,为解决顶驱固井技术高效、安全及旋转技术难题,研制了顶驱型钻杆水泥头,该水泥头主要由旋转密封单元、胶塞预置及投放单元、憋压球投放单元、胶塞指示单元等组成。地面性能试验结果表明,顶驱型钻杆水泥头满足现场应用需求。顶驱型钻杆水泥头在巴基斯坦EUP油田进行了现场应用,带压旋转6h,不停泵投球,胶塞投掷及指示动作均顺利完成,满足了现场使用需求。顶驱型钻杆水泥头的研制,为满足当前固井作业需求提供了保障。With the development of drilling technology,the application of top-drive drilling rig has been popularized,especially the deep-well,ultra-deep well and marine platform drilling technology,while the technology of top-drive drill pipe cementing operation lags behind. In order to solve the problems of high efficiency,safety and rotation of top drive cementing technology,a top drive drill pipe cement head has been developed. This cementing head mainly includes the rotating sealing unit,rubber plug presetting and releasing unit,pressure ball releasing unit and rubber plug instruction unit. The performance test results showed that the top drive cementing head could effectively meet the exigencies of field application. The top drive cementing head has been applied in the EUP oil field in Pakistan,various operations such as six hours rotating with pressure,safely shot and instruction device were performed smoothly enough to satisfy the design requirements. The successful development of the top drive cementing head can provide the guarantee for improving the quality of the liner cementing.
