摘  要:钻井取心作业前需开泵大排量循环钻井液冲洗内筒,保证内筒无沉砂,有利于岩心顺利进入取心工具内筒,内筒清洗完毕后需从井口钻具水眼内投入密封钢球,并沿着钻具水眼进入取心工具单流阀座,达到封堵取心工具内筒流道的目的,在取心钻进过程中,阻止钻井液直接冲刷内筒中的岩心,从而影响岩心收获率。文章介绍了一种钻井取心用液动投球装置,通过改变钻井液排量打开藏球室,快捷、简便地实现投球坐封取心,并解决了钻具组合中装有内防喷工具无法实现井口投球的问题,大幅度提高了钻井取心作业效率。Before coring,the inner barrel needs to be cleaned by circulating drilling fluid with large flow rate so as to ensure that the inner barrel is free of sand setting which is conducive to the smooth entry of the core into the inner barrel of the coring tool.After cleaning the inner barrel,the sealing steel ball shall be put into the hole of the drilling tool at the wellhead and enter the single-flow valve seat of the coring tool along the hole of the drilling tool to achieve the purpose of blocking the flow path of the inner barrel of the coring tool,and in the process of coring drilling prevents the drilling fluid from directly washing the core in the inner barrel thus affecting the core recovery rate.This paper introduces a kind of hydraulic ball throwing device for drilling coring.BY changing the drilling fluid flow rate to open the ball chamber,the ball setting coring device is realized quickly and simply,and the problem that the wellhead throwing cannot be realized with the blowout preventer in the drill assembly is solved,which greatly improves the drilling coring efficiency.
