摘  要:为解决海上油田采油树耐压等级低,难以在不更换井口装置的情况下进行施工压力高于采油树耐压等级的解堵措施作业问题,开发应用了一种新型井口保护器。这种井口保护器将施工管汇与油管悬挂器连接,高压液流与采油树内腔完全隔绝,使施工液体不经过采油树而直接进入井内,从而实现了对采油树的保护。新型井口保护器具有结构简单、操作和维修保养方便、占用空间小、动用物资少、密封可靠、安全性高、通用性强等特点,尤其适用于海上平台使用。实践表明,使用新型井口保护器能保证高压作业的顺利进行,高压作业后,采油树试压合格并能正常安全使用,使用井口保护器将大大节约井口装置更换费用和修井费用,缩短了作业周期,提高作业效率,可进一步推广使用。To solve the problem of stimulating injection well that treatment pressure is higher than Christmas tree pressure level without replacing wellhead assembly,a new type of tree saver is developed.This tree saver connects the treating line and tubing hanger,so high pressure liquid isolates with Christmas tree lumen making treating fluids into wellbore without ever going through the tree so as to protect Christmas tree.It has many promising characteristics such as simple structure,easy operation and maintenance,small occupied space,less goods required,reliable seal,high safety and good generality,especially pertinent for offshore platform.Field application shows that the use of tree saver makes high pressure treatment proceed smoothly.The tree is approved by pressure test and working securely after high pressure treatment,besides,this tree saver will save the expense of replacing existing tree and well workover,shorten construction period,improve work efficiency and could be used widely.
