摘  要:传统的带电工具绝缘遮蔽性能检测系统检测效率低,检测准确率难以达到要求。为此设计了一种新的多物理场耦合下带电工具绝缘遮蔽性能检测系统,系统硬件设计了3个模块,分别为控制器模块、驱动器模块、检测器模块,控制器模块内部选取FX1S-10MR-001型可编程控制器,驱动器模块包含电机驱动器、电机以及相应的减速联轴,检测器模块选取XFZ-MD-711N检测仪对绝缘遮蔽性能进行检测,具备普遍的M型机测试功能,并增添了全新的测试系统信息,进一步提高测试度。软件由系统初始化,系统自动化运行,串口通讯,电机驱动检测四部分组成。为检测系统效果,与传统系统进行实验对比,结果表明,给出的检测系统能够在短时间内精准地检测出多物理场耦合下带电工具绝缘遮蔽性能。The detection efficiency of the traditional live tool insulation shielding performance detection system is low and the detection accuracy is difficult to meet the requirements.To design a new physical field coupling electric tool insulation cover performance testing system,the three modules of the system hardware design,respectively for the controller module,drive module,the detector module,controller module internal selection FX1S⁃10 Mr⁃001 programmable controller,the drive module contains motor drive,and the corresponding slowdown coupling,detector module selection XFZ⁃MD⁃711 n detector for testing the performance of insulation cover,have common M type machine test function,and added a new testing system information,further improve the degree of test.The software consists of four parts:system initialization,system automation,serial port communication and motor drive detection.In order to detect the effect of the system,the experimental comparison with the traditional system shows that the proposed detection system can accurately detect the insulation shielding performance of live tools under the coupling of multiple physical fields in a short time.
