摘 要:接地网是一种常见的电网接地设备,针对其腐蚀故障检测的定位精度低、所需设备复杂等问题。文中基于接地网的电化学腐蚀机理,利用三电极测量原理,在前人研究的基础上,对小孔限流器进行改进,使其更适用于多种环境现场测试。通过模拟实验测得工作电极的极化内阻变化曲线,验证了装置的可行性。利用该改进后的小孔限流装置对某变电站腐蚀管网进行现场测量,得出其腐蚀深度,并与称重法进行对比,验证该测试装置的有效性和准确性。Grounding grid is a kind of common grounding equipment in power grid.Aiming at the proble ms of low positioning accuracy and complex equipment needed for corrosion fault detection,grounding grid is a common grounding equipment in power grid.Based on the mechanism of electrochemical corrosion of grounding grid and the principle of three⁃electrode measurement,the small⁃hole current limiter is improved on the basis of previous studies,which makes it more suitable for field testing in various environments.The polarization resistance curve of the working electrode was measured by simulation experiment,and the feasibility of the device was verified.The corrosion depth of the corrosion pipeline network in a substation is measured by the improved orifice current limiting device,and compared with the weighing method,the effectiveness and accuracy of the testing device are verified.
