摘  要:针对回热器性能研究的需要,采用上位机和下位机相结合的控制架构方法设计了一种嵌入式控制系统。其中下位机硬件上以ARM Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103芯片为核心,软件基于Vx⁃Works嵌入式操作系统;上位机使用组态王软件。说明了系统软硬件设计方法,上位机和下位机之间采用MODBUS/TCP通信协议实现数据传输,构建了一个结构相对简单、功能可行的回热器参数测试的控制系统,应用该控制系统测试回热器性能,获得的相关性系数达0.99,表明该控制系统已可对回热器单向流阻特性做较为精确的参数测量与控制工作。其经验可以用于其它类似的控制系统的研制工作,具有一定的设计参考价值。This paper presents an embedded control system scheme,which combines upper computer and lower computer based on a control architectural technique,to study the performances of regenerator.The lower computer hardware uses ARM Cortex⁃M3 core,where STM32F103 is embedded as its chip.The softwares of lower computer and upper computer are based on VxWorks embedded operating system and KingView software respectively.The software and hardware design method of the system is explained.The data transmission between the upper computer and the lower computer depends on MODBUS/TCP communication protocol.All these hardwares,softwares and transmission protocol are used to build a relatively simple,functionally feasible control system for regenerator parameters testing.The results show that the correlation coefficient reaches 0.99 by this work quantitatively,which proves this control system can be used to measure and control the resistance of unidirectional flow through the regenerator.Thus,the development experiences of this scheme further benefits the development of other similar control system.
