摘 要:本文自行设计了高黏度沥青电加热实验,在圆柱形实验罐体内部设置水平放置的电加热管作为加热源,观察了沥青的加热及降温过程。实验观察了加热时罐体内沥青的温度分布,根据实验表明高黏度沥青加热开始时,自然对流现象很微弱,随着沥青温度升高,沥青的黏度降低,自然对流作用增强。对加热管的布置方式进行了对比,其中一种方式在中部放置加热管,与未放置中间加热管的加热方式进行对比。中间未布置加热管时,沥青加热完成时间基本不变,罐体内上部温度略低。实验证实了电加热管作为沥青罐车加热方式的可行性,为解决铁路沥青罐车运输后的加热问题提供了参考。In this paper,a high-viscosity asphalt electric heating experiment is designed.Horizontally placed electric heating tubes are installed inside the cylindrical experimental tank as a heating source.The heating and cooling process of the asphalt is observed.The temperature distribution of the asphalt in the tank during heating is obtained.According to the experiment,the natural convection heat transfer is weak when the high viscosity asphalt starts heating.As the asphalt temperature increases,the viscosity of the asphalt decreases and the natural convection heat transfer is strengthened.The arrangement forms of the heating tubes are studied,one of which placed a heating tube in the middle,compared to the heating method in which the intermediate heating tube was not placed.When the heating pipe is not arranged in the middle,the asphalt heating completion time has almost no change,and the upper temperature of the tank body is slightly lower.The experiment confirmed the feasibility of electric heating tube as the heating mode of asphalt tanker,and provided a reference for solving the heating problem of railway asphalt tanker after transportation.
