高温下板翅式回热器翅片性能的试验研究

摘　　要：本文针对微型燃气轮机的板翅式回热器进行高温试验研究。采用等雷诺数法对回热器在600℃高温下进行了传热与阻力性能试验。通过测量冷热两侧的工质流量、进出口温度及进出口压力,得到各工况下回热度、压损及雷诺数(Re)等热力参数。得到该型式翅片表面的强迫对流换热准则关联式,并拟合了传热因子j、阻力因子f和性能综合评价指标PEC与Re的准则关联式,研究发现换热系数随Re的增大而增大,j因子受Re的影响较小,f因子受工质压力的影响较为明显,拟合关联式时应考虑这种影响。同时发现,随着Re的增大,冷热两侧性能综合评价指标均增大。An experimental study was conducted for the plate-fin regenerator in high temperature of a micro gas turbine in this paper.By the method of equi-Reynold number,the heat transfer and resistance performance tests on the regenerator were carried out under the high temperature of 600℃.By measuring the fluid flows,temperatures as well as pressures at inlet and outlet of both heat and cold sides,the thermodynamic parameters under various conditions,such as regenerator effectiveness,pressure loss and Reynolds number(Re)were obtained.Meanwhile,the forced convective heat transfer correlations for this type of fin were obtained,and the correlations between heat transfer factor j,resistance factor f and comprehensive evaluation index PEC,and Re were fitted,respectively.It was found that heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of Re,and j factor is affected by Re lightly.The effect of medium pressure on f factor is obvious,thus the impact should be considered when fitting correlations.At the same time,it was found that the comprehensive evaluation indexes of both sides increase with the increase of Re.
