四黄洗液在治疗支原体性慢性阴道炎中的效果分析及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的通过观察患者中医体征、阴道分泌物、不良反应及炎症复发率等指标的变化,评价四黄洗液对支原体致慢性阴道炎患者的治疗作用及安全性。方法2017年3月—2018年8月在本院妇科门诊就诊的100例阴道分泌物支原体检查阳性的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各50例,均予多西环素片口服治疗,研究组增加本院自拟方四黄洗液熏洗治疗。观察治疗前后,2组患者各项指标变化情况。结果治疗4周后,研究组中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),总有效率(96%)显著高于对照组(88%,P<0.01),研究组白带清洁度改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组用药期间不良反应较少,停药3个月后研究组复发率(4%)显著低于对照组(18%,P<0.05)。结论本院中药方四黄洗液结合多西环素口服对支原体感染所致慢性阴道炎有较好的治疗作用,可有效改善患者症状,降低炎症复发率。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Sihuangxiye on chronic vaginitis caused by Mycoplasma infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic vaginal infection were randomly divided into a trial group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases).Both groups were given oral doxycycline tablets,and on this basis,the trial group was given Sihuangxiye for 4 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the TCM signs,laboratory indicators and adverse reactions were observed,and the the results were compared between two groups.Results Four weeks after the treatment,the symptoms of both groups were improved significantly.The TCM syndrome scores of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96%vs.88%,P<0.01).The cleanness level of leucorrhea in the trial group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the trial group were less than those in the control group.Three months after the treatment,the recurrence rate of the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group(4%vs.18%,P<0.05).Conclusion Sihuangxiye combined with doxycycline can effectively treat chronic vaginitis caused by Mycoplasma infection,improve the symptoms and signs,and reduce recurrence rate.
