摘　　要：采用宏观检查、几何尺寸测量、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相组织分析、扫描电镜观察和EDS能谱分析方法对某电厂水冷壁管减薄部位进行分析,确定水冷壁管壁厚减薄的原因是由高温硫腐蚀造成的。The macroscopic inspection,geometrical dimension measurement,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy and E D S spectral analysis were used to analyze the water-wall tube thinning part of a power plant.The cause is caused by high temperature sulfur corrosion.
