猫抓病性淋巴结炎的超声表现与病理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨猫抓病性淋巴结炎的超声表现与病理相关性及其诊断价值.方法收集在本院经病理证实为猫抓病性淋巴结炎的患者25例,对其超声表现及病理特征进行归纳分析.结果25例32枚淋巴结超声表现可分成三型:淋巴结炎型10枚(31.3%)、不均回声型13枚(40.6%)、液化坏死型9枚(28.1%).病理特征主要是微脓肿性肉芽肿形成.结论猫抓病性淋巴结炎超声表现与病理学密切相关,其超声表现有重要的临床诊断价值.Objective To explore the correlation between ultrasonographic features and pathology of lymphadenitis of cat scratch disease and its diagnostic value.Methods 25 patients with lymphadenitis of cat scratch disease confirmed by pathology in our hospital were collected and their ultrasonographic and pathological features were summarized and analyzed.Results Ultrasound manifestations were divided into three types:lymphnodiris type(10/32,31.3%),heterogeneous echo type(13/32,40.6%),Liquefaction necrosis type(9/32,28.1%).Pathological features were mainly microabscess granuloma formation.Conclusion Ultrasound manifestations of lymphadenitis of cat scratch disease are closely related to pathology.Ultrasound manifestations of lyniphadeniris of cat scratch disease have important clinical diagnostic value.
