小肠CT仿真内镜影像评分与克罗恩病活动度相关性分析

摘　　要：目的比较影像学评分(CDII)与临床常用评价克罗恩病(CD)活动性评分(HBI)之间的相关性,探讨小肠CT仿真内镜(CTVE)评价CD活动度的应用价值.方法收集50例临床确诊为CD且应用HBI对病情活动度进行分型的患者,行小肠CT仿真内镜检查,并应用CDII对患者病情活动度进行分型.结果CDII与HBI对疾病活动度评分的ROC曲线面积为0.396,95%?CI分别为0.284、0.507,P值为0.072.CDII与HBI对疾病活动度评分的线性回归分析Pearson相关系数为0.937,P<0.01,建模为Y=1.845+0.776X,R2=0.877,对模型进行方差分析的结果,F值为343.669,P<0.05.结论应用CDII与HBI评分对CD活动度分型结果具有较高的相关性.Objective The compare correlation between Crohn's Disease Imaging Index(CDII)and clinically used evaluation of Crohn's disease activity score(HBI).To investigate the application value of small intestine CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE)in evaluating the activity of Crohn's disease.Methods The clinical data of 50 CD patients with clinically diagnosed Crohn's disease and applied Harvey-Bradshaw index(HBI)to type the disease activity of CD were collected,small intestine C T virtual endoscopy was checked and the imaging score(CDII)was used to classify the CD patient's disease activity.Results The area under ROC curve of CDII and HBI on the activity of Crohn's disease was 0.396,95% CI were 0.284 and 0.507 respectively,P value was 0.072.Pearson correlation coefficient of CDII and HBI in linear regression analysis of disease activity score was 0.937,P<0.001,modeling was Y=1.845+0.776X,R^2=0.877,result of variance analysis of the model,F value was 343.669,P<0.05.Conclusion There is a high correlation between CDII and HBI scores on Crohn's disease activity score.
