摘　　要：企业标准"领跑者"制度建设是强化标准引领作用,增加中高端产品和服务有效供给的鼓励性政策,其核心是评估机构对公开标准的核心指标进行科学评估,形成企业标准排行榜和"领跑者".本文介绍企业标准"领跑者"制度实施,分析2019年度企业标准排行榜和"领跑者"评估方法、公开发布情况,提出"领跑者"制度实施对策建议.Enterprise Standards Forerunner System is an incentive policy that highlights the standard's imperative role in the medium and high-end product and service sectors.During the implementation,professional third-party agency will compare the enterprise standards and sequence them in terms of their superiority of core indicators,and form a ranking list and the forerunner list of enterprise standards in the specific field.This article introduces the implementation of Enterprise Standards Forerunner System,and analyzes evaluation methods and the 2019 ranking list of enterprise standards and the forerunner list of enterprise standards,putting forward suggestions on the implementation of the Enterprise Standards Forerunner System.
