摘　　要：近年来,光缆产业,尤其是通信用室外光缆(以下简称"室外光缆")在国内国际的市场上获得了快速的发展并得到了广泛的应用.本文简要介绍了光缆产业在我国的发展情况及"一带一路"典型国家的出口现状,选取室外光缆为试点将国际标准、国内标准以及选取的"一带一路"典型国家的依据标准进行对比分析,最后为进一步促进室外光缆贸易便利化而提出建议.In recent years,the optical cable industry,especially the outdoor optical cable for telecommunication(hereinafter referred to as"outdoor optical cable")has achieved rapid development in the domestic and international market and has been widely used.This paper brifly introduces the development of optical cable industry in our country and the export status of typical countries related to the Belt and Road Initiative,selects outdoor optical cable as a pilot project to compare the international standards,the domestic standards and the selected standards in typical countries related to the Belt and Road Initiative,and finally puts forward some suggestions for further promoting the trade facilitation of outdoor optical cable.
