摘  要:以KHCO3为活化剂,采用高温热解和化学活化方法制备了改性玉米秸秆活性炭,用改性玉米秸秆活性炭对模拟废水进行脱色处理。影响脱色率的因素有活化剂与活性炭质量比、改性活性炭用量、温度、pH、吸附时间,采用L16(45)对这些因素进行正交实验,得出优化工艺为:活化剂与改性活性炭质量比2.0、改性活性炭用量0.65 g/L、温度35℃、pH=9、吸附时间180 min。在该工艺下,平均脱色率为94.28%。The modified corn stalks activated carbon was prepared by high temperature pyrolysis and chemical activation using KHCO3 as activator.The decolorization of simulated wastewater was performed with the modified corn stalks activated carbon.The factors affecting the decolorization rate were the mass ratio of activator to activated carbon,activated carbon dosage,temperature,pH and adsorption time.The L16(45)orthog onal test was designed with these factors,and the optimal process was as follows:the mass ratio of activator to activated carbon 2.0,activated carbon dosage 0.65 g/L,temperature 35℃,pH=9,adsorption time 180 min.In this case,the average decolorization rate was 94.28%.
