摘 要:为了研发出具有更高性能的吸水速干织物,采用十字断面涤纶纤维设计织造出有毛细差动的双层构造织物,以获得优异的吸水性能。以正硅酸四乙酯制备了疏水性的硅溶胶改性剂,并采用局部喷涂法对织物反面进行硅溶胶整理,进一步提高双层吸水速干织物的速干性能。结果表明,与普通吸水整理后的双层织物相比,经过硅溶胶局部喷涂法整理的织物正面亲水、反面疏水,正面接触角为0°,反面接触角大于130°。织物的芯吸高度保持与普通吸水整理同等水平,芯吸高度经向、纬向分别为18.7和16.9 cm;织物完全干燥时间由普通吸水整理的40 min缩短到25 min。局部喷涂法硅溶胶整理,在保持双层织物优异吸水性能的前提下,大幅度提高了织物的速干性能,有利于汗液迅速从皮肤侧导向衣服外侧并快速蒸发,保持肌肤面的干爽舒适感。In order to develop high-performance water-absorbing and fast-drying fabric,cross section polyester fiber was used to design fabrics of double-layer structure with capillary differential to obtain excel lent water-absorbing performance.A hydrophobic silica sol was prepared with tetraethyl orthosilicate,and the reverse side of the fabric was modified with the silica sol by partial spraying in order to further improve the fast-drying property of double-layer water-absorbing and fast-drying fabric.The results showed that com pared with the double-layer fabric after normal water-absorbing finishing,the fabric treated with silica sol par tial spraying was hydrophilic on the face side and hydrophobic on the back side.The contact angle of the face side was 0°,and the contact angle of the back side was greater than 130°.The wicking height of the fabric maintained the same level as that of the normal water-absorbing finishing,and the wicking heights were 18.7 cm in the warp direction and 16.9 cm in the weft direction,respectively.The total drying time of fabric short ened from 40 min to 25 min after normal water-absorbing finishing.Partial spraying silica sol finishing could greatly improve the fast-drying property of double-layer fabrics on the premise of maintaining excellent wa ter-absorbing performance,which benefited to the transmission and evaporation of sweat from the skin sur face to the outside of clothes,and kept the skin dry and comfortable.
