摘　　要：介绍了一种高白度毛巾织物前处理工艺。采用单因素控制变量法探讨毛巾前处理工艺,得出优化工艺参数为:高白度前处理剂9 g/L、27.5%双氧水65 g/L、烧碱7 g/L、汽蒸温度102℃、汽蒸时间50 min。在优化工艺下,毛巾织物的白度最佳,毛效、经向断裂强力均达到产品质量要求。同时介绍了高白度前处理剂的性能,通过比较得出高白度前处理剂的优点。A pretreatment process for towel fabric with high whiteness was introduced.The single factor control variable method was used to analyze the process of towel pretreatment,and the optimal process pa rameters were obtained:high whiteness pretreatment agent 9 g/L,27.5%hydrogen peroxide 65 g/L,caustic soda 7 g/L,steaming temperature 102℃,steaming time 50 min.Under the optimal process,the whiteness of towel fabric was the best,the capillary effect and warp strength could meet the product quality requirements.At the same time,the performance of high whiteness pretreatment agent was introduced,and the advantages of high whiteness pretreatment agent were obtained through comparative experiments.
