摘 要:建立了可快速调节洗涤溶液pH至GB/T 12490—2014《纺织品色牢度试验耐家庭和商业洗涤色牢度》规定值的方法。以三级水为溶剂,选取两种常用的ECE含磷洗涤剂分别配制成适当质量浓度的洗涤溶液。在保持溶液温度为(20±2)℃的前提下,控制每升洗涤溶液中碳酸钠的质量,并对各溶液相应的pH进行数据分析,最后得出调节pH所需无水碳酸钠的参考质量。结果表明,每升国产洗涤溶液所需无水碳酸钠的参考质量为(0.35±0.05)g,而进口洗涤溶液则需(0.08±0.02)g,可快速调节洗涤溶液的pH至标准范围。A convenient method was established for adjusting the pH of washing solution to the specified value of standard GB/T 12490—2014"Textiles—Tests for color fastness—Color fastness to domestic and com mercial washing".Two kinds of common ECE phosphate detergents were selected to configure the appropri ate washing solution with three grade water as solvent.Under the premise of keeping solution temperature at(20±2)℃,the weight of sodium carbonate contained in each liter of washing solution was controlled,and the corresponding pH of each solution was analyzed.Finally,the reference weight of anhydrous sodium carbonate needed for adjusting pH was obtained.The results showed that the reference weight of anhydrous sodium car bonate per liter of domestic detergent solution was(0.35±0.05)g,while imported detergent solution was(0.08±0.02)g,which could quickly adjust the pH of washing solution to the standard range.
