摘 要:[目的]比较不同产地枸杞子的质量差异。[方法]采用ICP-OES法、GB 5009.3-2016中的直接干燥法及GB 5009.4-2016中的测定法,对36批次枸杞子原料进行水分、总灰分及铅镉砷汞测定。[结果]36批次枸杞水分合格,其中14批次枸杞总灰分超标,两个样品中重金属镉超标。[结论]通过对不同产地枸杞子进行理化指标的检测,可为其质量控制和安全性评价提供科学依据。[Objective] To compare the quality difference among Lycii Fructus from different places. [Methods]The moisture, total ash content and lead, cadmium, arsernic, mercury in 36 batches were determined by ICP-OES method and direct drying method in GB 5009.3-2016 standard and ash determination method in GB 5009.4-2016 standard. [Results]36 batches of Lycii Fructus were qualified for water. Total ash content of 14 batches of Lycii Fructus exceeded the standard. The heavy metal Cd in 2 batches exceeded the standard. [Conclusion]The physical and chemical indexes of Lycii Fructus were detected, which could provide scientific basis for quality control and safety evaluation.
