校院两级管理体制下二级学院廉政建设机制研究

摘　　要：分析了校院两级管理中存在的廉政问题,探讨了如何构建二级管理廉政机制并发挥其作用和功能,提出了一系列完善风险防控机制、加强廉政建设等的措施,为校院两级管理模式下二级学院良性运转提供方法和路径。This paper analyzes the problems of clean government in the two-level management of colleges and universities, discusses how to build the two-level management clean government mechanism and give full play to its role and function, and puts forward a series of measures to improve the risk prevention and control mechanism and strengthen the construction of clean government, so as to provide method and path for the benign operation of the two-level management model of colleges and universities.
