摘 要:高功率速调管不断发展,输能窗不仅要满足驻波匹配好、热可靠性高等要求,还需要满足高充气压力下的结构可靠性。文中介绍了一种新研制的高功率速调管输出窗,该输出窗形状不同于传统常用的波导窗窗片,形似"舌头"状,为异形陶瓷。该输出窗不仅在2.05~2.7 GHz(相对带宽26.8%)范围内具有匹配好的驻波及承受20 kW左右功率的可靠性,还满足大充气压(0.9 MPa)下的结构可靠性。该输出窗的研制,解决了高功率系统中大充气压损坏速调管输能窗的问题,为高功率速调管在高功率设备中的应用提供了技术保障。With the development of high power klystron,the energy transmission window not only needs to meet the requirements of good standing wave matching,thermal reliability and etc.,but also needs to keep the structural reliability under high pressure.A new output window of high power klystron is introduced in this paper.Different from the conventional waveguide window,this output window shapes like"tongue"and adopts ceramics material.It not only has the good standing wave matching in the frequency range of 2.05~2.7 GHz(relative bandwidth 26.8%),and the reliability at 20 kW transmitting power,but also achieves the structural reliability under the high pressure(0.9 MPa).The development of this output window solves the problem that klystron energy transmission window is damaged by high pressure in high power system,and provides technical support for the application of high power klystron in high power equipment.
