摘　　要：在我国生态文明建设背景下,城市住区建筑工业化进入了全新的发展时期,其健康发展对城市住区可持续建设具有重要意义。运用SWOT-AHP模型对城市住区建筑工业化的发展进行定性和定量分析,得出优势、劣势、机遇、威胁权重及各项评价指标权重,构建策略四边形,并根据分析结果初步拟定了城市住区建筑工业化发展策略选择为SO(优势机遇)组合及ST(优势威胁)组合,并据此提出城市住区的建筑工业化可持续发展对策和建议。Under the background of ecological civilization construction in China,the industrialization of urban residential construction has entered a new period of development.Its health development is of great significance to the sustainable construction of urban residential area.This paper conducts a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the development of urban residential construction industrialization with SWOT-AHP model to identify the weight of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats and various evaluation indexes as well as builds the strategy quadrilateral.Meanwhile,according to the analysis results,this study preliminarily makes the development strategies of urban residential construction industrialization,which are the SO(Strengths&Opportunity)set and ST(Strengths&Threats)set.The strategies and suggestions of sustainable development of the urban residential construction industrialization are provided.
