摘　　要：随着拉丝机的广泛应用,其加工的硬化钢丝在民用和工用中都有重要的市场价值,文章结合直进式拉丝机中齿轮减速机在使用时出现失效问题的原因,详细讨论问题解决和改进的相关对策,包括改进输入结构、注重轴承润滑等,为直进式拉丝机齿轮减速器的选择和使用提供一定的借鉴作用。With the extensive application of wire drawing machine,the hardened steel wire processed by it has important market value in civil and industrial use.The article combines the reasons for the failure of gear reducer in the use of the straight wire drawing machine,and disusses the related solutions to the problem solving and improvement in detail,including improving the input structure,paying attention to bearing lubrication,etc.,provides reference for the selection and use of gear reducer in straight wire drawing machine.
