摘　　要：为了有效预防和减少企业生产经营过程中各类安全事故的发生,文章以LS肉联厂为例,对畜牧屠宰企业进行安全风险分析,编制综合应急预案、专项应急预案、现场处置方案及重点岗位应急处置卡,对应急响应和应急处置进行了较深入的探讨,建立了紧急情况下迅速、科学、高效地组织事故抢险、救援和应急机制。In order to prevent and reduce production safety accidents,this paper takes LS meat factory as an example to conduct risk analysis of slaughtering enterprises.Then it spells out the compilation of emergency plan,including comprehensive plan,special plan,on-site disposal plan and emergency disposal card.It threw light upon the emergency response and emergency disposal and established an emergency mechanism which is quick,scientific and efficient.
