摘  要:“知行合一”作为当代德育的根本特征,强调“德知”与“德行”的辩证统一,“德知”以“德行”为出发点和落脚点,“德行”确证“德知”。然则当代高校存在“知行分离”的现状,主要表现为学生主观上的“知行”错位、内在良知难以显化及其“德行”能力不足。导致这一现状的原因也具有综合性,其不仅包含学生自身因素,也包含社会整体价值多元化的侵蚀及高校管理单一等因素。改进高校德育的根本点与落脚点仍然是立足于行,从增强学生、教师主体内部积极性和主动性到制订高校强效制度等措施,内外结合、相互引导,最终推动“德行”的落实。“Combination of knowing and doing”as the fundamental characteristic of contemporary moral education,mainly emphasizes the dialectical unity of“moral knowledge”and“morality”,“moral knowledge”takes“morality”as the starting point and landing point,“moral action”confirms“moral knowledge”,but the current situation of“separation of knowing and doing”exists in contemporary colleges and universities,mainly manifested in the subjective“knowledge”misalignment,the internal conscience is difficult to manifest and the“moral”ability is insufficient.The reasons for this situation are also comprehensive,including not only the students'own problems,but also the erosion of the overall value of society and the single management of colleges and universities.the fundamental point and landing point of moral education improvement in colleges and universities is still based on the line,from the students teachers to enhance enthusiasm and initiative within the main body to the university to develop a strong effect system and other measures,Internal and external integration,mutual guidance and finally promote the implementation of the“moral action”.
