基于DEMATEL的绿色建筑开发意愿影响因素分析

摘　　要：分析绿色建筑开发意愿影响因素有助于提高开发商开发绿色建筑的积极性,促进绿色建筑的有效推广。以开发商外部环境和内部环境为基本切入点,通过梳理相关文献,提取了影响开发商开发绿色建筑意愿的19个因素,运用DEMATEL方法对各因素间的关系进行定量分析。结果表明:决策者绿色建筑意识、经济效益、开发和管理能力、行业竞争压力和开发商企业战略目标是关键的影响因素;且决策者绿色建筑意识最容易受到其他因素的影响,而最根本的影响因素是政策法规和标准完善程度。根据研究结果,提出了相应的改进建议,以期提高开发商的开发意愿,促进绿色建筑的全面发展。Analysis on the influencing factors of the intention to develop green buildings will help to increase developers′enthusiasm to develop green buildings,and to promote the effective promotion of green buildings.Taking the external and internal environment of the developer as the basic entry point,19 factors affecting the developer′s intention to develop green buildings are extracted by sorting out the relevant document,and the relationship between the factors is quantitatively analyzed using DEMATEL method.The results show that the key influencing factors are the decision makers′green building awareness,the economic benefits,development and management capabilities,industry competition pressures,and developers′business strategic goals.The decision makers′green building awareness is most easily affected by other factors,and the most fundamental factor is the completeness of policies,regulations and standards.According to the research results,corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward to increase the developers′willingness to promote the comprehensive development of green buildings.
