摘  要:针对神东地区大柳塔煤矿特厚煤层,设计了8.8 m大采高综采回风巷支架组。介绍了支架组的结构形式、主要特点及技术参数,研究了支架组的液压系统控制原理及每个支架的本架控制形式及邻架控制方式,并重点分析了电液控制系统,以及控制器、传感器、井下摄像头等主要部件的功能,其子系统的数据将与神东综合自动化系统实现双向通信。该系统通过实际应用,其效果较好,满足了设计的要求。Aiming at the extra-thick coal seam of Daliuta Coal Mine in Shendong area,the support unit of 8.8m fully mechanized mining ventilating roadway with large mining height has been designed.The structure,main characteristics and technical parameters of the support group have been introduced,the control principle of the hydraulic system of the support group,the control form of the support frame and the control mode of the adjacent frame for each support group have been studied,and the electro-hydraulic control system has been emphatically analyzed,as well as the functions of the main components such as the controller,sensors and underground cameras.The data of its subsystem can communicate with Shendong integrated automation system in double directions.Through practical application,the system has been achieved good results and met the design requirements.
