摘 要:介绍了无线遥控装置的控制原理及优良性能指标,论述了发射机与接收机实现可靠配对的方法,以基于CANopen协议的遥控装置为例,详细介绍了修改网络节点配置的方法步骤,并针对遥控接收机塑壳材料的弊端,对遥控接收机防爆壳体进行了设计。实际应用表明,无线遥控装置在采掘设备上的应用,不仅提高了工作效率和安全系统,而且改善了工人的工作环境,还与其他高新技术的融合研究,将推动煤矿行业设备控制方式的重大变革。The control principle and excellent performance index of wireless remote control device have been introduced,and the method of realizing reliable matching between transmitter and receiver has been discussed.Taking the remote control device based on CANopen protocol as an example,the method and steps of modifying the configuration of network nodes have been introduced in detail,and the explosion-proof shell of remote control receiver has been designed according to the disadvantages of plastic shell material of remote control receiver.The practical application shows that the application of wireless remote control device in mining equipment not only can improve the working efficiency,safety system and the working environment of workers,but also can promote the significant change of equipment control mode in the coal mine industry through the research of integration with other high and new technologies.
