摘 要:针对煤矿井下车辆在实际使用中出现制动不灵敏,甚至失效的情况,拆解制动器发现其内部齿轮油污染严重,摩擦片过度磨损,通过跟踪车辆的运行过程发现驱动桥制动器异常发热。经分析,决定为驱动桥增加冷却系统,结合实际使用环境对冷却散热系统进行了控制。实际使用中该冷却系统取得了良好的效果,延长了制动器使用寿命。In view of the fact that the brake commits a fault or malfunction in the actual use of underground vehicles in coal mines,it is found that the internal gear oil has been seriously polluted and the friction disc has been excessively worn by disassembling the brake,and the abnormal heat of the brake of driving axle has been found by tracking the running process of the vehicle.After analysis,the cooling system has been added to the driving axle,and the cooling and heat dissipation system has been controlled in combination with the actual processing environment.The cooling system has achieved good results in actual use and prolonged the service life of the brake.
