摘　　要：为了快速高效完成不动产统一登记基础数据的质检工作,结合不动产基础数据质检的相关国家规范,归纳现有数学模型和以往项目工作经验,详细描述了质检软件的功能架构与组织构成。软件整体实现了推扫式飞行数据、框幅式飞行数据、正射影像数据、数字线划图(digital line graphic,DLG)入库数据、DLG分幅和检测点的快速质检工作;并能对错误数据进行标注与分类。实验表明,该系统提高了质检工作效率,保证了质检结果的质量统一,实现了基于地理数据的拓扑分析,并建立了质检规则库及智能化质检评价。In order to quickly and efficiently complete the quality inspection of unified registration of real estate.In this paper,the existing mathematical model and previous project experience are summed up in accordance with the relevant national norms of the quality inspection of the real estate basic data.It has solved the quality inspection of the push-broom flight data,frame-format flight data,the Orthophoto Image,the DLG(digital line graphic)database,the DLG division and the detection point,and the error data can be marked and classified.The experiment shows that the method and system of this paper can improve the efficiency of quality inspection,and ensure the quality unification of the result of quality inspection.It is also realize the topological analysis based on geographic data,and set up aquality control rule base and intelligent quality evaluation.
