摘 要:航空维修不安全事件由多种因素引发,拟通过解释结构模型(ISM)和决策试行与评价实验室(DEMATEL)计算航空维修不安全事件诱因之间的关系、建立多层次递阶解释结构模型,并以此探讨相应管理对策。分析得出:知识和技能、工作任务等属于原因因素,对其他因素影响逐渐增大;组织机构、环境和设施等属于结果因素,受其他因素影响较大。组织机构、知识和技能、工作任务是影响航空维修不安全事件的基础因素,是航空安全管理中的重点管控对象。Unsafe aviation maintenance incidents are caused by many factors.The relationship between the causes of unsafe aviation maintenance incidents is calculated by Interpretation Structural Model(ISM)and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL),and a multi-level hierarchical interpretation structure model is established to explore the corresponding management countermeasures.It is concluded that knowledge and skills,work tasks and other factors are the cause factors,and the influence on other factors is gradually increasing.Organizational structure,environment and facilities are the result factors,which are greatly influenced by other factors.Organizational structure,knowledge and skills,work tasks are the basic factors affecting aviation maintenance unsafe events,and are the key control objects in aviation safety management.
