摘　　要：The advances in the treatment of heart failure with Yangxinshi tablet are reviewed in this paper.Yangxinshi tablet has effects of nourishing myocardia,improving myocardial metabolism,reducing myocardial oxygen consumption,dilating coronary artery,improving cardiac blood supply,reducing blood viscosity and improving microcirculation,and it can improve the functions of heart and curative effect of heart failure.
