摘　　要：目的 探讨家庭功能对早产儿母亲心理弹性的影响。方法 应用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷(family APGAR index,APGAR)和心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)对宁夏3家三级甲等综合医院和2家专科医院新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)符合纳入标准的2 836例早产儿母亲进行问卷调查。运用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计学分,采用Pearson相关分析早产儿母亲心理弹性与家庭功能的关系,采用分层回归分析家庭功能对早产儿母亲心理弹性的影响。结果 早产儿母亲心理弹性量表总分为(68.38±16.59)分,家庭功能总分为(9.07±1.53)分,家庭功能良好者1 550例,家庭功能障碍者1 286例。家庭功能良好组早产儿母亲心理弹性总分及各维度得分均高于家庭功能障碍组(P<0.05),早产儿母亲心理弹性总分(r=0.771,P<0.01)及自强(r=0.410,P<0.05)、坚韧(r=0.492,P<0.01)、乐观(r=0.438,P<0.05)3个维度与家庭功能均呈正相关。分层回归分析结果显示,合作度(β=1.016)和亲密度(β=0.389)是早产儿母亲心理弹性的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 早产儿母亲心理弹性与家庭功能密切相关,良好的家庭功能可帮助早产儿母亲提高心理弹性水平,促进早产儿母亲的心理健康。Objective To explore the influence of family function on the psychological resilience of mothers of premature infants.Method Totally 2836 mothers of premature infants who met the inclusion criteria were investigated with general information questionnaire,family APGAR index(APGAR)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)in three third-class A general hospitals and two specialty hospitals in Ningxia.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between psychological resilience and family function of preterm mothers.Hierarchical regression was used to analyze the impact of family function on psychological resilience of preterm mothers.Results Total score of resilience scale in mothers of premature infants was(68.38±16.59)and the total score of family function was(9.07±1.53).There were 1550 cases with good family function and 1286 cases with family dysfunction.The total score of psychological elasticity and the score of all dimensions in the group with good family function were higher than those in the group with family dysfunction(P<0.05).The total score of psychological elasticity(r=0.771,P<0.01)and self-improvement(r=0.410,P<0.05),tenacity(r=0.492,P<0.01),optimism(r=0.438,P<0.05)were positively correlated with family function.Stratified regression analysis showed that cooperation(β=1.016)and intimacy(β=0.389)were the important influencing factors of preterm mothers'psychological resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological resilience of mothers of premature infants is closely related to their family function.Good family function can help mothers of premature infants improve their psychological resilience and promote their mental health.
