摘 要:通过对国内汽、煤、柴油消费形势分析,指出未来航煤需求刚性增长,压减柴油、增产航煤是燃料型炼厂产品结构调整的方向。湖南长沙黄花国际机场第二跑道投入运营后,国际航班增加,保税航煤消费需求增长较快,C企业积极开通保税航煤业务、提高周边航煤市场占有率。通过优化常减压装置操作,拓宽常一线馏程增产航煤组分油;采取技术措施,消除航煤加氢精制装置高负荷运行的瓶颈;优化储罐调配,拓展出厂方式,提高航煤储运能力,从而实现了增产航煤目标,调整了产品结构,降低了柴汽比。Based on analysis of domestic gasoline,kerosene and diesel consumption situation,this paper points out that compressing diesel and increasing aviation kerosene production is the direction of product structure readjustment for fuel-type refineries.Since the second runway of an international airport in Changsha was put into operation,international flights have increased,and the bonded aviation kerosene demand is growing rapidly.A company launched the bonded aviation kerosene service to enhance the share in surrounding aviation kerosene market.By optimizing the operation of atomspheric and vacuum distillation units to broaden atomspheric first sidecut to increase aviation kerosene distillates,taking technical measures to eliminate the bottleneck of aviation kerosene hydrofining unit for high-load operation,optimizing storage tank allocation to improve product delivery and logistics capacity,the company has realized the aim to increase aviation kerosene output,readjust product structure and reduce diesel-gasoline ratio.
