摘  要:文章针对中空纤维膜式机载制氮惰化技术,建立了燃油箱气相空间冲洗惰化的数学模型。为满足燃油箱气相空间以上的氧气浓度始终小于9%的要求,对燃油箱惰化富氮气体流量需求进行分析,并根据燃油箱惰化装置分离膜的特性,确定了发动机引气量。为燃油箱惰化系统引气处理单元、惰化单元、富氮气体控制和分配单元提供设计输入,为燃油箱惰化系统引气量需求分析提供了可行的方法。In this paper,according to the hollow fiber membrane type airborne nitrogen inerting technology,a mathematical model of gas-phase space flushing of fuel tank is established.To meet the requirement that the oxygen concentration above the fuel tank vapor space is always less than 9% during all flight envelpoe,it analyses the demand of fuel tank inerting the nitrogen-enriched air.According to the characteristics of the fuel tank inerting apparatus of separation membrane,it determines the required air-input by the engine.Thus,this paper not only provides a method for the design of air entraining control unit and nitrogen-enriched air control and distribution unit,but also provides a feasible method for the required air-input by the engine of inerting system.
