摘　　要：目的探究胸腔积液细胞块(PBCE)免疫组化检测技术对疑似肺癌的诊断价值。方法择取2016年3月-2019年5月期间本院收治的疑似肺癌患者共102例作为研究对象,本组患者均行液基细胞学涂片(LBC)检查,并开展细胞块免疫组化检测和标记染色。结果本组102例疑似肺癌患者的LBC检查结果中转移性腺癌、低分化癌、小细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌分别有60例、14例、11例、9例,还包括恶性肿瘤8例。免疫组化检测结果中发现原发灶转移患者72例,肺外起源转移腺癌3例,转移性鳞状细胞癌2例,转移性腺鳞癌3例。不同类型肺癌的不同抗体阳性表达均有一定的差异。结论 PBCE免疫组化检测技术在疑似肺癌患者进行诊断能够及时发现原发病灶癌和不同亚型肺癌。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of pleural effusion cell block(PBCE) immunohistochemical detection technique for suspected lung cancer. Methods A total of 102 patients with suspected lung cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to May 2019 were enrolled. The patients underwent liquid-based cytology(LBC) examination and cell block immunization. Detection and labeling staining. Results In the group of 102 patients with suspected lung cancer, the results of LBC examination showed metastatic adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated carcinoma, small cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma in 60 cases, 14 cases, 11 cases and 9 cases, respectively, including 8 cases of malignant tumors. In the immunohistochemical test results, 72 patients with primary metastases, 3 patients with extra-pulmonary metastatic adenocarcinoma, 2 with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma, and 3 with metastatic adenosquamous carcinoma were found. There were some differences in the positive expression of different antibodies in different types of lung cancer. Conclusion PBCE immunohistochemical detection technology can detect primary tumor cancer and different subtypes of lung cancer in a timely diagnosis of suspected lung cancer patients.
